To report an overhead street light that is not working or blinking and is located on a telephone pole, please call NStar at 800-785-4837.
Leave a message with the number located on the telephone pole, the street that it is on and that it is in the Town of Oak Bluffs on Martha's Vineyard.
To report an ornamental street light out along Sea View Avenue, Circuit Avenue, the Harbor or in any of the parks, please call 508-693-0072.
